Cannot Log Into WordPress Account

  Hello – I recently had a domain transferred from BlueHost to our IONOS account. I tried to login into my old coworker’s WordPress account in order to ensure everything would transfer over properly but it seems that we are hitting a snag. I cannot login into her WordPress account and it is not allowing me to reset the login information. I paid for a year’s worth of the Explorer level access, but that set me up with a domain that isn’t the same as GoldenGlowTower.com.

  Can any of you help me with attempting to gain access to the WordPress account? I can prove that I own the domain, I just cannot log into the domain name through WordPress currently. Thank you for your help!

  From what I see, the domain goldenglowtower.com points to a site hosted outside of WordPress.com. To recover access to your site, please contact your current hosting provider.
  
  We don’t provide support for sites hosted outside of WordPress.com
