Cannot log into wordpress from google chrome

  when i try to log into wordpress on google chrome,
  my (correct) password it says “invalid username or password”. Allows password reset as usual, and with the new password again gives “invalid username or password”. I tried deleting browser cache and restarting google chrome. The above mentioned problem persists without change. Is this a sabotage? I have a history of sabotage generally. What to do if they make it impossible to log in from all browsers? Someone please suggest something

  Hi there. There is no reason whatsoever why WordPress.com would prevent you from using a specific browser – it would harm their business not to support all major browsers, and Google Chrome is definitely supported.

  You wouldn’t be able to post in this forum unless you’re logged in. Did you use a different browser to post here?

  Please make sure that your Chrome browser is updated to the latest version. http://browsehappy.com/

  Also make sure that you don’t accidentally have Caps Lock enabled when inserting your password. That’s the only reason I can think of why the system would reject the correct password.
