Cannot log into WP-Admin

I continue to get the following message when trying to log into my WP-Admin site, “Access from your IP address has been temporarily restricted.” I thought it was my Shield Security, but I can’t even get to the actual login. automatically blocks me. Is there another way to get into my own admin page…? How is my own IP address blocking me?
Last week JetPack was the plugin that was causing the issue. I was finally able to get in and uninstall all JetPack related plugins, but now, I cannot even get in. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

My site is hosted by GoDaddy. They just deleted all my plugins which allowed me to log into WP-Admin again. Have you heard of any issues with using JetPack?

If your site is hosted by GoDaddy, you’re using a self-hosted version of WordPress (typically known as a self-hosted WordPress.org site).
There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.
I recommend contacting GoDaddy support if you continue to face issues with logging into your wp-admin. You can also post on the WordPress.org support forum here.
