Cannot log on

Hi. I can’t log on to this site. When I select logon with WordPress.com it says ‘We couldn’t find your account. If you already have an account, make sure you have connected to WordPress.com.’ However, I am currently logged onto WordPress.com so the error message is wrong to say that it can’t find my account. Would be grateful for your help. Thanks

Apologies for taking so long to reply, due to ill health.
The URL is https://www.bekksblog.com/
When I try to comment it gives me the option to log on with my WordPress account. However, when I try it says:“We couldn’t find your account. If you already have an account, make sure you have connected to WordPress.com.”
All other, sites it seems, I have no problems logging on at all.

Hi there,
That site is connected to a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to manage it, you need to log in to that other account of yours.

Hi fstat.
I can’t remember having another account so have tried to complete the Account Recovery Form, but it needs some proof of ownership. So, I’m stuck. Whatever the other account is, I clearly don’t need it so it can be deleted. Can you help me with this?

It looks like the password team sent you a reply on Aug 25th. If you have not seen it, can you please check your spam/social folders?

Are you trying to log into bekks.com or into bekksblog.com as you wrote earlier in this forum thread?
