cannot log on from my Email address.

    I need to activate woocommerce + Payoneer payment gateway to my on line shop http://www.tiloo.shop
    so I installed wocommerce payment plugin. its default email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff) several times I tried to log on to woocommerce with this e mail address but not allowed. so make this complaint I logged on with my another email address. it is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    I need to know do I need to use default email address which I use to purchase the site ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) or is it no problem to use I logged 2nd email address ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) )for log on to woo commerce payments.
    or
    Please let me know how to get a new password to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address.
