Cannot Log on to dashboard

    I cannot log on to dashboard get error thrown Call to undefined function register_new_royalslider_files()
    tried deactivating royalslider and was no longer able to get in. Can it be restored to last know good logon? Don’t have access to the dashboard, how can this be done

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

    Alternatively your hosting provider’s support might also be able to help you regain access to your dashboard.
