Cannot logging to a new details

    Hi, I tried to open a new website i paid for full website 250 which is been taken from my account.. i manged to logon and i was trying to design the website from the template avialble i got logged out and cannot logging . I think i put the same email here bu this take me descartessolictors account which not the one i want make a website for . If you need details of payment or reference let me know .

    Hi descartessolicitor,

    I tried to open a new website i paid for full website 250 which is been taken from my account..

    The account you are logged in to doesn’t own any upgrades, so it sounds like you may have created the site using another account. If let me know the URL of the site you purchased an upgrade for, I’ll see what I can find. Please don’t post any transaction details here, I will contact you by email if I need more information :)
