  Can someone help me? My computer crashed, and I lost my password. Now that we have a new computer, I’ve used the “Lost your password?” link. The problem is, I never get any of the emails wordpress sends. And they are not in my junk mail folder either. I’ve submitted many support forms, but never hear back. It’s been over two weeks and I don’t know what to do. I need to login. I don’t want to lose my blog.

  If you are sure the address that you entered in for that account is correct and not recieving the emails, then staff are the only ones that can help you since this is a backend issue. Providing them with as much information as you can about the day that you registered, (account name, email, blog URL, etc) is the only way they can help solve this issue.

  This of course assumes you are talking about a wordpress.com hosted site….correct! ??

  Yes, that’s correct. I’ve sent many emails in, and have heard nothing, so I just opened this new account hoping I could get some help.

  Wish we had a magic wand, but staff through support really are the only ones to help you short of the suggestions on why the email isn’t showing up (spam filter, wrong email, etc). ;)

  Thanks. Yeah, I’m 100% sure it’s the right email. It won’t even accept my other email addresses. I’ve had wordpress messages go to the spam folder before, but there is nothing there now.
