Cannot login

  When I try to login to my wordpress account anywhere else besides the dashboard (e.g. in this case I was trying to login to get support on a plugin) it says invalid username or invalid e-mail even though I copy and pasted it directly from my wordpress dashboard profile.

  I know I am inputting the correct password as well. This has inhibited me from SO MANY wordpress functions I cannot even count. And I really need to contact this plugin to fix something.

  I click “login to get support” and it takes me to this screen to login:

  http://www.joyfoodsunshine.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, so you will need to use this link to login:

  http://www.joyfoodsunshine.com/wp-admin/

  Once logged in you will be able to access your plugins and their settings.

  If you want to be able to login and get help on the WordPress.org forums, you will need to create an account — the login details for your site don’t automatically create an account for you there.
