  Hello, I’m a bit desperate for support as none seems to be organically provided here! Our website had a few outdated plugins, so we went ahead and updated them per the prompts WordPress provided. Suddenly, the website then stopped coming up, noting too many reroutes across multiple engines. We tried change the links etc to no avail, and tried deactivating plugins etc one by one. Now, we also cannot access the wp-admin page for the site either, with the same note about reroutes, so we cannot login to make any changes to the site to try to address the potential problems. It definitely is not a domain issue. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!!!

  That is not the correct blog- I am logged in under a different account due to this issue. The site is different.

  It looks like the website richardsollazzomd.com, is not hosted on WordPress.com. This forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites. There are a few options to seek assistance though.

  eight84 – thanks for helping us out. I’ve added the org tag tot his thread since the site in question is using the WordPress installation rather than WordPress.com.
