Cannot Login

I cannot even log in to my wordpress.com admin site, so I am unable to contact support / chat. Can someone help me with an email address for wordpress, so I can send them what happened before my site crashed?

It looks like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. Your site is hosted at Bluehost, although it might have been connected to WordPress.com due to the Jetpack plugin. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. They do not offer chat support, as it’s free software. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
