cannot login

Hi,
I have a website with wordpress and have not logged in in a while.
Now I seem to have lost the ID and password.
I tried to have the password resent with all my email addresses but no one is recognized.

My site did stop working today as well http://www.waylettphotography.com/wp-login.php
