  Hello,

  Wordpress automatically updated and now I cannot login or access my website.

  Please help :)

  Thanks for writing to us. Sorry to learn that things aren’t working at the moment.

  Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on irishdomains.com. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  For help, I would contact them first. Double check there are no issues on their end. Also, make sure they are providing site back ups incase something more substantial ever happens to your content. This typically costs extra, and not every hosting provider offers them. There’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ If your hosting provider referred you to WordPress, this is what they meant.
