Cannot Login

  I created a blog and added a domain. When I went to log in again it cannot find my email address. I didn’t get a confirmation email either, when it created. However, when I go to my new domain, it does direct to a wordpress login page. I also have the receipt from the domain purchase. So I know wordpress took my money and I know it created my domain and blog. What I don’t know is how to get back into it. I only have one emails so I know I am using the right one. On the password reset page it still says it cannot find me.

  We need the base WordPress.COM blog (your-site.wordpress.com) and the domain name you have added to the blog to give you accurate help

  (email visible only to moderators and staff). And nanuhred.com is the domain. All I can think is that I mistyped my email address when I created the blog…

  Since you have the receipts – go to the account recovery page and answer as many questions as you can – the receipt # will be good – probably best to log out when you go to the page to prevent some fields from being filled in for you – that will go to the staff that handle lost accounts
