Cannot Login and the homepage loads weirdly while rest of the pages looks correct

    Suddenly the homepage started loading weirdly. CSS does not seem to load. When I tried logging in to investigate the same, I could not login as well. The credentials have not been reset. When trying to login, I do not even get an error about incorrect password, the page just reloads. I tried resetting password by clicking ‘Forgot Password’ but the message I receive is as follows – ERROR: The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails.
