Cannot login for seattleprimecapital.com/wp-admin

    Hello, I was about to log into admin site for seattleprimecapital.com but it seems my admin site is being locked or there is something wrong. Even though I reset the password for user ID which is (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it didn’t go through and redirected to the link for kr admin. But since I totally forgot User ID for kr-admin, I really cannot do anything with WP-ADMIN. Please advise what I can do for further.

    seattleprimecapital.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting,
    seattleprimecapital.com is hosted by iPage
    Name Servers:

    That site is not on WordPress.COM servers and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum and I will have to redirect to the correct one.

    We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. To be clear we do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
