Cannot login into admin after plug-in update

  I cannot login into my admin panel after I updated a plugin (i think it was for facebook or some other social plug-in) – it does not allow me to enter at all. It says: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OAuthSignatureMethod_HMAC_SHA1 in /home/istriafi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-dashboard-twitter/inc/OAuth.php on line 118
  Please help!
