Cannot login on my admin page

  When I tried to login to my WordPress admin account, I get tona page saying : “2 Factory authentification . This site require you ton secure your account with a second authentification metod”

  I Can chose “authenticator app” or “email”. When I click on either of them and click on “continue”, nothing happens, the page is stuck.

  i don’t know what to do. All the pages on my website are not visible any more and without Access to my admin account, there IS nothing I Can do about it…

     • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page and attempt logging in again.
  6. Try a Different Browser or Device
     • Sometimes, browser extensions or specific settings can cause issues. Switching to a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) or device can help rule out a browser-specific problem.
  7. Check Browser Extensions
     • Disable any browser extensions temporarily, particularly those related to ad-blocking, pop-ups, or security, as they may cause some interferences.
  8. Use a Private/Incognito Window
     • Open a private or incognito window in your browser and attempt the login process again.
  9. Reset your password
     • Try resetting your password.
