cannot login on wordpress

  This morning, a friend of mine who has the site named febriadiputra.wordpress.com had reset his WordPress account password by using an username.

  However, till now he hasn’t got a reply from WordPress saying that he has reset his password, yet. So he tried using his email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) directly but WordPress refused it by confirming that his email is not registered.

  Can the WordPress support team solve this problem?
