Cannot login or find page

  Hello,
  I cannot get into my wp-admin site and my website itself is showing a page not found message. I was trying to update the URL and I think in turn I’ve now created this. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

  Aloha helpfulhannahbray, Can you please verify the website address you are having trouble with? Both before and after you tried to update the URL? This will help narrow down the cause.

  Hello! Original website was helpfulhannahbray.com/helpfup5 and I was trying to update it to just be helpfulhannahbray.com. Somewhere in there it’s gotten messed up!

  It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues; . If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. Be sure to include as much information as possible – including that you were trying to update the URL – as that will help others troubleshoot the issue faster. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
