Cannot login or recover website

  Hello. I set up a website last month and paid the hosting/ monthly fee for a year, yet when I attempt to login, it says I have no website or plan and it will not send a ‘recovery’ email and says my domain is linked to another WordPress Account. I have the original emails at my account and the transaction ID. Please help. Candice
