Cannot login or reset password

    Hi, I can’t login to the admin portal for bokideas.com and am not able to reset the password either. The email username is (email visible only to moderators and staff) can you please assist asap

    Correct account: Yes

    If that isn’t working, you would need to reach out to your host Siteground for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you reset your password and regain access to your site.
