Cannot Login to Account

I cannot log into the back end of my WordPress site: NTSDirect.com. This is the message I get when I try to, ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ I have not received an email. I need help ASAP.

The site NTSDirect.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Hostmoster Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
