Cannot login to account because of two factor authentication I did not set up

  I cannot log in to my account because someone hacked it and added two-factor authentication I did not set up. I can’t receive an SMS text code or use an authenticator app. The site keeps sending me a password reset link (which works), but I am unable to complete the authentication process. The email in question is (email visible only to moderators and staff), for wbdowntown.wordpress.com.
