  Mistakenly deleting my username and password to my WordPress dashboard, I tried contacting iPage hosting services, but the company no longer takes phone calls–only chat. iPage chat referred the issue to the technical services department over a week ago. I realize the company might be having serious financial problems. How do I have my user name and password reset for https://www.thatsok.us/wp-admin/ ?
