Hey there!
Based on the path in that notice, it looks like your site is running the self-hosted WordPress.org software, not a WordPress.com–hosted site.
Just so you’re aware, there are two different versions of WordPress:
- WordPress.com — hosted by us, with our support.
- WordPress.org — self-hosted on your own server or hosting provider.
Here’s a guide explaining the difference: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If your site is using WordPress.org (which the error suggests), we unfortunately can’t access or fix the site.
To get this resolved, you can:
- Ask for help in the WordPress.org support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
- Or contact your hosting provider — they can help you regain access or disable the faulty plugin so you can log in again.
If you want, feel free to share your site URL here and I can confirm which version you’re using.

Hi again, zrzavavopice!
Thanks for sharing the site address.
I took a look using our site profiler, and it looks like your site isn’t currently hosted with WordPress.com, but instead with another hosting provider. Because of that, we don’t have access to your site’s dashboard or server to troubleshoot the error directly from here. You’ll want to check with your hosting provider for help with logging in.
From the error message you shared, it appears to be related to a plugin called
wp-hide-post. As a first step, I’d recommend:- Temporarily disabling the
wp-hide-postplugin (for example, by deactivating it from your WordPress dashboard, or via your host’s tools/File Manager if you’re locked out). - Checking with your hosting provider’s support team, as they can review your site’s error logs on the server and help you narrow down exactly what’s causing the issue.
- If the error goes away when the plugin is disabled, you can also reach out to the plugin’s developer for a fix or further guidance.
