Cannot login to my website!!!!

I can only login to my wordpress account via godaddy.com and my hosting domain. I cannot just login to wordpress! Everytime I try to login to that or woocommerce to get some customer support help, it tells me that I am using the incorrect login or email even though I am using the email address listed on wordpress as my email login!!!!

What is the URL of the site? From the way you’re describing it, it sounds like you may be on a self-hosted install rather than a WordPress.com site. If you aren’t sure, this support doc has more information: WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
This forum is intended for WordPress.com sites, rather than self-hosted sites, but I’ll do my best to provide a couple of quick options. For the best help, head on over to the WordPress.org Forums.
If it is a self-hosted site and you haven’t linked it with WordPress.com, make sure you click “Log in with username and password” rather than “Log in with WordPress.com.” That’s a common error and would cause it to not recognize your usual login credentials.
If this doesn’t work, are there other administrators who can access the site? They could send you a password reset link and maybe get you back in.
All else fails, hit up the WordPress.org Forums for more help.

Hello @niksongroup2000 – it appears you are on a self-hosted WordPress.org install. The nameservers are pointing to SiteGround – I’d contact them if you think this is a server issue, or try the WordPress.org Forums if the steps above don’t fix your issue. (This forum is for WordPress.com issues, as noted in my earlier reply.)
