Cannot login to my website

My website is http://www.myrusticessentials.com
When I tried to login today the system didn’t recognize my password. I was entering [redacted] and now realize I’d changed it to [redacted]. I then requested to change my password positive that I’d changed my internal email address to (email visible only to moderators and staff), but nothing came. I cannot access my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address. It is so corrupted by junk mail, I haven’t even tried to access it since 2017.
Can someone please call me and help me?
My SSL certification for the site is through Celsius Advertising – and Liquid Web.
Please let me know what questions I have to answer in order to get my new password sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
