    admin login for blairehungry.com does not work. asked to change password but have not received confirmation email.

    Hi there,

    That site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com so staff here won’t have access to it.

    Hi @themagicrobot and @supernovia,

    I might be wrong but I think here we are talking about 2 sites here.

    First “blairehungry.wordpress.com”, which is shared by the user and I can see that it is hosted on wordpress.com because its name servers are as mentioned below :
    Name Server: ns3.wordpress.com
    Name Server: ns2.wordpress.com
    Name Server: ns1.wordpress.com
    Name Server: ns4.wordpress.com

    The second one is “BLAIREHUNGRY.COM” mentioned by themagicrobot and it is NOT hosted on WordPress.COM as its name servers are different.

    So according to me, the user belongs to wordpress.com. Please share your view on this so that it will help me to understand this case more clearly.

    So that is the site they are asking for assistance with. The fact that they are logged in to a WordPress.com account (which always shows the site address that has been linked to the account) quite often doesn’t mean that is the site they need help with.

    Indeed… when they post here, they’re currently logged into an account (which may or may not have another site associated with it), so they are likely having trouble logging into some other account.
