Cannot Login to my wordpress account

    I need to find out why I cant log into the website builder, I can get into my account via my hosting site – So I verified my user id and email were correct. But it still gives me a message that the email isnt registered

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link.

    WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.
