Cannot login to woocommerce app

    I am unable to login to woocommerce app.
    After signing in with user credentials, it says “You don’t have correct user role.”

    I can confirm that the user is Administrator.

    I have tried deactivating other plugins too.
    Please help.

    It sounds like you are needing help with the WooCommerce plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
