cannot login to wordpress

Hi I have been trying to login to wordpress so that I can edit my website via admin login but have been unsuccessful. It says that my password is incorrect but I am able to login to my wordpress account just fine. I have also confirmed my account but have not recieved a follow up email.

Hello bprasasook! Hope you’re doing well.
Can you give me an idea of what steps you are taking to log in? This will give me insight to help guide you.
Logging into my WordPress.com account, here’s how I’ve accessed the ‘wp-admin’ dashboard –
1.) Top left hand corner: look for ‘My Site’ and click on it.
2.) In the left menu (where you see View Site, Stats, etc.), scroll down to the bottom where you will find ‘WP Admin’ (just before ‘+ Add New Site’).
3.) Click on ‘WP Admin’ and it takes you to the dashboard.
Does that help? If not, let me know the steps you are taking and I’ll get a better idea of where you are having trouble.

I am trying to login on my site which i quick installed wordpress through hostgator. Thats where I am hosting my website fitnessherotrainer.info. there is a button on my site that says “admin login” when i put in my login info it says that the info is incorrect. Im not sure if its a wordpress issue or a hostgator issue.

Got it – very helpful.
So, here is what I would do:
1. Go to your WordPress admin page through this link: http://www.fitnessherotrainer.info/wp-admin
2. Click on Lost your password? (below the login box)
3. Type in your username or e-mail address associated with the WordPress account and reset your password.
This should save you some hassle. Hope this works out well for you.
