Cannot login to wordpress

  Dear Sirs,

  I cannot login to my websites WordPress.
  I am getting this error:
  Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 7.4.0’.

  Basically, when I type https://deloni.si/wp-login.php

  I get the error above and I cannot update the plugin, which is apparently the reason, why the website doesn’t work.

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com. You must contact your hosting support to upgrade your PHP-version yourself
