Cannot login to WordPress to customize my theme

Dear support,
I have signed up for WordPress with my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my WordPress username is ‘yangjiex’. However, I am not able to log into WordPress to customize my theme. When it asks me to sign in, it says my username or email does not exist. Could you please assist?

It looks like your site, nuworldfinance.com, is using a self-hosted WordPress.org setup. Note the difference: WordPress.com and WordPress.org
