We can’t help either because your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. As your site is using the open source wordpress.org, you can get support at https://wordpress.org/support/.
The problem is with the mu-plugin. -
Hi @franweerts,
I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead, Bluehost uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Otherwise, I suggest using the Health Check plugin to check for plugin/theme conflicts. You can install it by following this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check
You can use its troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins for your browsing session only (other site visitors will not be affected). Once installed, you can access troubleshooting mode by going to Tools → Site Health.
I hope that points you in the right direction.
