cannot logon to wp-admin no password sent

    Hi,

    I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a reset password for my wordpress.org account. the website is bighuglittlehug.co and it is hosted through bluehost. i have tried logging on through bluehost’s panel and it doesn not work. No email arrives in my inbox for (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please help i am paying multiple fees a month for these services and I cannot even access my sites admin!!!

    That’s not a WordPress.com hosted blog. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
