Cannot make another account

  I was trying to sign up for a WordPress blog for a society at my university through its gmail ID but every time I tried to sign up, I would click the Create Blog button at the bottom and the page would load and stay the same and not move on to the next window.
  I cannot make another WordPress account :/ Is there something wrong with WordPress sign up?

  One’s email address is the unique identifier for your account at WordPress.com, and your account cerealinc33 already has one. If you are trying to add another blog to your existing account, and it is not successful, please try using a different browser from the one you are using. WordPress.com works best in up-to-date browsers like Chrome and Firefox.

  If you are trying to create a new account with a new email address, when you say “I was trying to sign up for a WordPress blog for a society at my university through its gmail ID” does that email account belong solely to you?
