Cannot make client-side JS connect with server side PHP

I am trying to make a gelocation plugin for wordpress. I am using Mapbox JS and the built-in JS geolocation libary. The probem is trying to send this data to the database so I can access it from other clients. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

wgcrotarysat.org appears to use the WordPress software but is hosted with another host. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
