Cannot map a custom domain to a replacement blog?

  I registered a custom domain name for a wordpress blog, and now I have another wordpress blog. I would like to switch the domain name from the first site to the second (returning the first site to its original site.wordpress.com address and upgrading secondsite.wordpress.com to the domain.com that site.wordpress.com had originally mapped/redirected to).
  Help.
