cannot map a domain i registered earlier

  Hello, I bought the $99 package and registered a domain name. However, I cancelled my order for the package –I didn’t need it. I do need the domain name. It is already registered. Every time I try to map it to my blog, I can’t -says, ‘already registered, please contact support’
  I appreciate you looking into it. the last time you sent me a message, it said, ‘it should work now, try again.’
  it didn’t work. I have tried numerous times.

  Howdy,

  There’s no guarantee you’ll be able to register a domain again once it’s been cancelled.

  Your best bet would be to try registering the domain at Store -> Domains in your dashboard in a few days.

  I didn’t cancel the domain. I cancelled the package. The domain is still registered but I cannot map it to my account since cancelling the entire package

  Hi there,

  The domain — girltruthfromthebelly.com — no longer appears to be registered.

  Could you try registering it at Store -> Domains in your blog’s dashboard?
