Cannot map a secondary domain

  Hi – I cannot map my secondary domain “anirishmaninafrica.ie” to my blog. I receive the error that anirishmaninafrica.ie is not registered yet???? I have ownership of this secondary domain, registered with IEDR.
  When I try to point the nameservers to ns1.wordpress.com, etc, I am told wordpress.com is not authoritative for zone anirishmaninafrica.ie ?
  Is this a mapping issue or nameserver issue or both ? Peter

  We have to manually map some domains, but I’ve done that for you. You just need to finish up with these steps:

  – Purchase the subscription by renewing here:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  – Point the domain to our name servers and give it a few hours to take effect:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com
