Cannot Map Domain

    Hi, we used to have a custom domain mapped to our wordpress.com site, however over the last week we initially noticed a domain expired message on our page (domain is not up for renewal until next year) – I have tried to map the domain again and it says it isn’t possible – message below when i check the domain:

    No Domain Mapping Found
    There is no domain mapping upgrade for nman.co.uk. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping.

    NS records for the domain point to wordpress servers.

    Any advice greatly appreciated

    Are you logged in with the username that owns the domain and pays WordPress.com for the website? If so, you should be able to re-map the domain, assuming you still have an upgraded/paid plan with WordPress.com.

    Or are the instructions for mapping domains not working when you try to follow them?
