Cannot map my existing domain name

  Hi there,

  I’m trying to map my registered domain bigbake.ie with wordpress.com but I keep getting the message “bigbake.ie cannot be mapped as it has not been registered.”

  The domain is definitely registered – anyone know how to resolve this?

  It’s been going around of recent – the staff need to add a zone record for you – I have flagged this for the staff to help

  @bigbakedublin: I’ve added a zone record for you. Can you try mapping the domain again?

  I’ve added the domain mapping upgrade itself for you. It should work once you update your name servers to:
  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  Please also renew the domain mapping upgrade I added for you:
