Cannot map site

    I have my own domain, ektevaredagligvare.no, which i want to remain visible when people read my wordpress site. But when I try to map it it says the domain is not registered. I asked my provider to update my dns settings as per your instructions about mapping but it still doesn’t work. I have been waiting to launch my site for over a week because your support has been closed. Help! I read on a previous thread that you have to change the zone or something?
