Hi there, we have moved our blog and are using jetpack.
When trying to migrate our followers we get a blank drop down menu in the ‘Select a workers.com site’
Can someone please assist to get the wordpress.com site to appear in the list or migrate followers for us?Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the URL of that site? I only see one URL. Please provide the other one as I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

I’ve made a slight change to our end of your Jetpack connection for anygivenreason.com
Can I have you disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account? This will refresh those settings on your end.
To disconnect/reconnect Jetpack, go to Jetpack -> Jetpack in your site’s dashboard. Scroll down to the footer of that page to find the “Disconnect from WordPress.com” link as shown here: http://d.pr/i/10QE . Click that, then reconnect to WordPress.com when you see the button to do so.
After that, check the dropdown and let me know if your WordPress.com sites appear. If they still do not, please confirm for me the URLs which you want transferred and I can do it for you while we figure out the error.

Hi Alex,
Just disconnected and reconnected Jetpack. The wordpress.com site still does not appear in the drop down list.We need to migrate the followers from
sambacentral.wordpress.com
to
anygivenreason.com/blogAny help that you can provide would be great!
Thank you.

Hi there!
I moved the followers from sambacentral.wordpress.com over to anygivenreason.com/blog for you. Let me know if you need stats moved over as well.
Next, let’s do one more change to make sure you can do that migration yourself in the future. Visit the /wp-admin/ dashboard for anygivenreason.com, then go to your Settings > General.
There will be a couple options there for “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)”
You’ll want to keep the “WordPress Address (URL)” setting as http://anygivenreason.com/blog because that’s where you have the WordPress software installed.
But I believe your “Site Address (URL)” setting currently says http://anygivenreason.com/blog when it should be http://anygivenreason.com
That naming mixup is what’s confusing Jetpack.

Hi Alex,
Thanks for migrating the followers across.
My Site address naming was already correct. So there must be something else confusing jetpack.
Thanks Alex.
