Cannot modify header information

    Hello,
    When trying to update wordpress I have noticed an error that says
    ‘Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home3/mirlwebsite/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php:1995) in /home3/mirlwebsite/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1179’.

    I did a little bit of research on my own and noticed this is a common problem so i refered to this thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/troubleshot-called-headers-already-sent-by/.
    I began by resetting my plugins and themes and the problem continued. I then tried to edit the template.php file but I am not noticing the problem on line 1995.
