Cannot move blocks – nothing appears after hovering over the left top cornet

    I am using the free version of WordPress to see how flexible it is. I added an image to the page and am trying to a certain location. I cannot move the block that has the image. Nothing happens when I hover the cursor over the top left corner or anywhere around the block for that matter. Any help would be highly appreciated

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
