cannot move Social Media icons in Header: Funki Theme

    Hello,

    I have been trying to move my social media icons above my header, but it does not seem to work.

    I tried the CSS given in the following thread without success… I can clearly see the Title moving down a bit but no icon seems to appear.

    a) I’m not seeing any social icons in your sidebar or footer widgets.
    b) The code you found in the other thread uses the selector “#text-3”. That’s the third Text widget ever used on that site. If you use a Text widget, it will probably need a different number.

    Thanks a lot, that was very helpful!

    As a newbie I thought the official FB and Twitter widgets would be the ones to be moved up. I made a Text Widget with the icons and managed to move it up above the header with the code I mentioned. I just changed the number as you suggested.
