CANNOT newLine or leading space!

    hI ALL,

I’m using Mistylook by Sadish Theme, as an administrator
when I post, it seems the WP (wordpress) take out all the leading spaces
and also erase the newLine (emptyLine)…

so what I did is to put a single . (dot) in the front to keep my format that I whanted.

please let me know if there is other easy ways to do it (without adding dot in the front)

    my wp is http://www.ieutm.wordpress.com

    thanks
    Johan

Do a forum search for “Line Spacing” and related terms. There are a few workarounds, some of which work with some themes and some which seem to be universal. You may find one that works easier for you.

you can use the this tag to space your wording

    <p>Your wording goes here</p>

    <p>Your wording goes here</p>

by putting your wording between this
tag it will but a blank line spacing
    between your sentences…

The one thing people must remember, is that the web has limitations. It does not work like a wordprocessor or page layout program. You can do a lot of the things wordprocessors do, but it takes a good knowledge of HTML.

By Design, the web will strip out extra lines between blocks of text, and it will also strip out extra spaces between words, or at the end of sentences. By default on the web, paragraphs will have one blank line between them and there will only be one space between words, or at the end of sentences. Any additional lines or spaces you put in in the editor will be stripped out when you save.

    Blank line:
    <p align="none"></p>

    Double blank line:
    <p align="none">&nbsp;</p>
