Cannot open admin page. File not found (404 error)

  Hi guys,
  day before yesterday i was clinking around my admin page and added ‘https’ in URL and clicked save Since then i cannot open word press admin page.
  https://www.understand-programming.com/wp-admin/.
  I google for this problem and solution suggests to remove some file in setting but the problem is i cannot even open the admin page.
  Website it self is fully functioning https://www.understand-programming.com. Please help.
